AI IEP Generator is an educational technology platform that provides AI-powered tools for creating, managing, and tracking Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for special education professionals.

Our Service includes:

• Compliance checking for IDEA and state requirements

• Collaboration features for educational teams

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be a qualified educational professional to use this Service

Professional Use Only

• This Service is intended solely for legitimate educational purposes
• You must comply with all applicable laws and professional standards
• You are responsible for ensuring proper consent for student data processing

Student Data Protection

• You retain ownership of all student educational records
• We process student data solely as a service provider under FERPA
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents and permissions

Data Security

Professional Judgment Required

• AI-generated IEP goals and recommendations are suggestions only
• You must review, validate, and approve all AI-generated content
• Final IEP decisions remain your professional responsibility
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI suggestions

Compliance Assistance

• Our compliance tools assist but do not replace professional judgment
• You remain responsible for ensuring all IEPs meet legal requirements
• Consult with legal counsel for complex compliance questions

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Service continues until the end of your current billing period
• Data export options are available before account closure

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or professional standards
• Process data without proper authorization or consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Service for non-educational commercial purposes
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI IEP Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI IEP Generator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
